guidelines

— Words I live by
I have two ears, two eyes and one mouth that I may listen and observe twice as much as I speak. (UX wisdom from Epictetus)
KPI to measure my personal success: when I've contributed to make life better (even a tiny bit).

— The "Be Water" thinking
I do my best in keeping an eye on the latest technologies, observing people's new habits, behaviours and needs.
I reach out to users people for insight and feedback on a regular basis.
I try to be as adaptable and flexible as possible in the approach.
I own my failures and learn from it.
I believe that sometimes, taking risks is opening the door to new ideas.
I investigate answers for the present and select the ones scalable enough to evolve and adapt to future needs.

— Cheesy, yet fully assumed: the Team Spirit.
I find great joy in collaborating with developers, peer designers, testers, clients, users, customer service, product owners; basically whoever is involved.
I want to learn as much as possible from people around me, with great humility.
I share whenever I can: communication is one of the most important tool during the design process, from initial concept & analysis stage to market delivery.
I ask (silly) questions and embrace all the constraints of a problem. A deep understanding will empower every team member to be more pro-active whether it's about solving a problem or seeking innovation.
I hate politics. Being in a team is not about power, influence and self-promotion, but about collective effort, transparency and ultimately, about the satisfaction to build something great.
