The company was concerned by the decreasing online sales of bottom parts (denim and trousers).
In order to support the typical marketing actions (more newsletters & special offers), I decided to present a digital fitting-room concept to help increase the sales.
After gathering inputs from the customer service and in-store teams, I realised that customers were worried to buy online mainly because they couldn’t try them on, even though Outwear, Shoes or Tops were ok to buy online, Trousers were not. How could I increase the customer’s confidence when buying trousers?
I worked with photographers and models. The goal was to mix photos and videos to make it as much visual as possible, self-explanatory, and engaging.
The challenge was to create something visually different and appealing but on condition that the check-out would remain consistent in order to not confuse customers and make the purchase experience more satisfactory, yet quick and easy.
